  • We would REALLY appreciate a two week notice when booking events! That allows us to ensure that we have or can get your desired balloon colors and that we are available for you event date and time.

  • Let us know! We try to stick to the color chart as much as possible as to not overwhelm potential clients/customers, but if you have a specific vision/color that you want, send us an example and we can try to order it for you!

  • Please allow 1-2 days for us to respond to your inquiry. We do work jobs during the day, and try to respond as quickly as we can, but sometimes we may miss things. If we do not respond within the 2-day mark, please send us an email to remind us!

  • If you are not sure which garland or other balloon piece will be the best for your event, please fill out the “Contact Us” form and we can help! Please be as specific as possible when completing the form

  • We do! While we don’t do it often, we would love to create a latex-free balloon piece for you! You will be able to choose from Mylar products - the best for garlands would be the Mylar orbs. There will be a slight price increase for using this product instead of regular latex balloons. Sorry for any inconvenience.

  • Completely depends on the event type! We would love 30-60 mins to set up the day before or the day of the event. We are able to prepare a lot of the balloons prior to arrival.

  • We need to know this in order to plan how we want to hang balloons and if we need to double-stuff them to be able to survive in the elements.

  • We do not use helium when making our balloons creations, so they can last up to a month if kept in a temperature-controlled space!

  • We will use a variety of command hooks to secure your garland to the wall

  • The balloons! If you use any of our equipment, we will arrange a pick up time with you after your event. The balloons are yours to keep, unless you would like us to take them/pop them for you!

  • We know things come up and plans change! Please email us to cancel or reschedule your event. Note: cancellations will be subjected to a 20% fee if cancelled within 2 weeks prior to your event. If you reschedule, no fees will be applied.
